The state-of-the-art complex includes produce, meat, and general purpose high-racked coolers and freezers. In addition,the complex features executive and operational offices, a test kitchen complete with on-site professional chef, a food-processing room, a vehicle maintenance and fueling facility, extensive truck and vehicle parking, sophisticated communications and security systems, and self-sufficiency of water, sewer, and backup-power generation utilities. The facilities are designed for double or triple expansions of all functional areas.
