Together, we're building something extraordinary — one paw at a time.Job SummaryThe Branch Supervisor at Luca Land (Red Sea Mall) is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards, and leading the branch team to deliver a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all visitors — both humans and their furry friends.

A genuine love for dogs and comfort around them is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of Luca Land at Red Sea MallEnsure high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest experience in all areasLead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional serviceHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and careOversee cash handling, inventory control, and daily reportingCoordinate with the operations and marketing teams for promotions and eventsEnsure proper care, comfort, and safety for visiting dogs in compliance with Luca Land's policiesMaintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests and their petsMonitor employee performance and schedule shifts efficientlyEnsure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulationsRequirementsEducation & Experience2-4 years experience in a retail environment (eg. pet-store, veterinarian practice etc)Relevant diploma in managementKnowledge of pet safety, dog behavior, or dog park operations. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, or operations softwarePassionate about pets, especially dogsEnergetic, proactive, and hands-onResponsible and dependableTeam player with a service-oriented mindsetSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude. Able to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in fast-paced environments. Skilled in managing schedules, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.

Passionate about guest satisfaction and enhancing the overall pet and family experience.
