Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing branch staff, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

The Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance branch performance, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations, and maintaining a secure and efficient banking environment.
