Bilingual Call Center Agent
What You'll Do:
As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you'll be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Documenting all customer interactions accurately and completely.
Following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Requirements:
