Role Purpose:
Lead B2B marketing and communications to build brand credibility, support commercial growth, and position Anyway as a thought leader in youth engagement, education, and future workforce strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Anyway’s LinkedIn and X channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand communication and engagement.
- Plan and produce thought leadership content — including short-form videos, case studies and research spotlights.
- Manage and produce LinkedIn content for founders and executives, amplifying their presence as industry voices.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to support events — managing comms, invites, and coordinating pre/post-event content.
- Build and optimise B2B marketing automation journeys (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Act as the local point of contact for the PR agency, coordinating media opportunities and coverage.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop marketing collateral like landing pages, ClickFunnels, decks, and campaign assets.
- Support the B2B podcast strategy by researching interview talent and amplifying content across channels.
- Coordinate with the internal research agency to design and deliver research for B2B campaigns and reports.
- Sync with the B2C campaign calendar to ensure brand and messaging alignment across the business.
- Build and manage a B2B creator and contributor network to expand reach and amplify key content.
- Work with internal and external video and creative specialists to produce high-quality brand assets.
Who you are:
- You have at least two years of experience in a B2B marketing role where you gained experience producing & managing content for LinkedIn/ X.
- You’re familiar with HubSpot/ CRM and basic marketing automation.
- You create and develop decks and landing pages.
- Podcasting, PR and event experience would be great but are not required.
