Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Azerbaijan Sales Account Manager, based in Baku. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads. Daily tasks include maintaining and growing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Experience in Account Management

Proficiency in Lead Generation

Strong Communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
