OPPORTUNITYThe firm is seeking an Associate to support its client service and capital formation objectives. This individual will report to the firm's Vice President of Investor Relations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in private markets investing.

The ideal candidate is an organized, self-motivated team player who can prioritize and take ownership of multiple projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport and deliver on client service activities of the firm as a collaborative member of the Investor Relations teamCoordinate with various teams across the firm to prepare high-quality, timely responses to investor inquiriesProvide support on investor diligence requestsPrepare and update presentations for capital raising activities, investor updates, and conferencesHelp coordinate, plan, and prepare materials for annual investor meetingsManage the preparation and dissemination of external communicationMaintain and manage the client relationship management database, analyze data, and prepare reports to support fundraising activitiesAssist with client onboarding and coordination with external advisorsReview work completed by Investor Relations analysts and support skills developmentAssist senior leadership with special projects as they ariseRequirementsKEY QUALIFICATIONSUndergraduate degree in business or finance with an excellent academic background5+ years of relevant work experience in investor relations, investment banking, accounting, or at an asset management firm specializing in infrastructure, real estate, and/or private equity funds, or experience working with institutional investorsA professional designation in accounting or finance (such as CPA or CFA) would be an asset, but not requiredSelf-starter and team player with positive, can-do attitudeStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and resourcefulExcellent organizational skillsDemonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OutlookExperience with Salesforce, DealCloud or similar CRM softwareCORE COMPETENCIESBeing Authentic -Inspiring trust and being courageous.Focusing on Performance -Being accountable and driving results.Understanding Stakeholders - Knowing the needs of those who rely on you.Building Effective Relationships - Collaboration and communication.
