We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of our ready-to-eat brands — NOMZY and Shake Salad — across smart fridges and vending machines in Singapore. ROLE OVERVIEWThis role focuses on trade marketing planning and execution, vending channel growth, data analysis and CRM program. You will work closely with Sales and external partners to increase penetration, improve machine performance, and deliver a seamless consumer experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Vending Channel Strategy & Growth- Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to grow vending penetration- Translate brand objectives into vending-specific initiatives and campaigns- Identify channel growth opportunities across various segments (corporate, schools, public, lifestyle) 2. Activations, Promotions & Trade Execution- Plan and execute vending promotions, seasonal activations, sampling, and trials- Work closely with designer to develop POSM, vending wraps, digital assets, and screen content- Ensure consistent brand representation across all vending touchpoints 3.
UX/UI & Shopper Experience Improvement- Collaborate with designers and tech team to enhance vending screen UX/UI, menu layout, navigation, and purchase flow- Improve digital-to-vending journey (QR flow, product info, sign-up prompts)- Use shopper insights and usage data to propose user-focused enhancements 4. Assortment, Planogram & Pricing Optimization- Use machine-level data to recommend assortment mix, planogram layout, and pricing strategies- Monitor SKU rotation, conversion and sell-through- Work with Operations to implement data-driven merchandising updates 5. Partner Collaboration & On-Site Events- Support customised promotions with corporate partners, landlords, and institutions- Coordinate on-site events and campaigns- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders 6.
CRM & Loyalty Program Development- Lead the development and rollout of CRM initiatives for vending- Design loyalty mechanics, repeat-purchase incentives, and onboarding flows- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM into vending touchpoints KEY REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field- 2–4 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, FMCG, vending or related fields is a plus- Passionate, self-driven, and proactive, with strong ownership- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
