We have career opportunities for the following and we would like to invite suitably qualified candidates to join us.Job DescriptionAs the Assistant Manager of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing the company's marketing presence through effective use of available resources.
The ideal candidate is both creative and resourceful, capable of working independently while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.Your responsibilities will include:Manage sales accounts across Travel Trade and Partnership both regional and localStay ahead of market trends and maintain strong trade engagement to drive proactive business decisionsMonitor sales performance and analyse trendsSpearhead marketing initiatives in alignment with sales objectiveHandle contracting and procurement processes in compliance with internal policiesRespond to enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional mannerOrganize and conduct familiarization trips for partners and stakeholdersManage and prepare for regional roadshows and oversea sales visitsConduct sales presentation during oversea roadshows and sales visitsPrepare regular reports on sales and marketing performanceSales fulfilment tasks such as product creation and communicationProviding quotations for ticket salesProcessing sales orders in the Ticketing systemAdditionally, you will perform other duties as assigned. This role demands a high level of coordination with external business partners, internal business units, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of processes and compliance with auditing standards related to the sales team.QualificationsDegree in Business or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Regional Sales, Sales Planning and Support, preferably within the service or hospitality industry.Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to spot business opportunities and execute with precision.Self-driven and capable of working independently, while demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to engagement with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint.Established relationships and existing network in travel trade industry is advantageous.Familiarity with sales processes, including order management and customer service, is advantageous.Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
