We are looking for a data and client-focused Assistant Manager, CRM & Client Marketing to drive client engagement for Hong Kong and Macau markets. This position leads CRM analysis, audience targeting, lifecycle planning, and the client activation calendar. By transforming customer data into actionable insights, the role supports the strategic planning and execution of CRM campaigns, events, and gifting programs to strengthen client loyalty and enhance business performance.What You Will OwnDevelop and maintain Hong Kong’s CRM framework, including segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, nurturing, upgrading, and reactivation.Monitor CRM data quality and completeness, identifying capture issues and escalating to relevant teams for resolution.Analyze customer data to uncover client segments, behavioral patterns, and commercial opportunities.Generate targeted invite lists and eligibility criteria for events, gifting programs, and CRM campaigns.Track and report on client engagement across activations, including RSVP rates, attendance, conversion, repeat purchases, upgrades, and reactivations.Deliver regular dashboards and performance insights with clear, actionable recommendations to improve future targeting and campaign effectiveness.Manage the activation calendar, covering boutique events, gifting initiatives, and CRM pushes.Support the planning and execution of boutique and VIP events, including guest list management, RSVP tracking, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis.Coordinate gifting programs by defining eligibility, preparing distribution lists, managing execution logistics, and measuring impact.Execute market CRM communications (WeChat, SMS, EDM) aligned with the activation calendar, ensuring accurate targeting and ROI tracking.Partner with internal stakeholders across Group functions (e.g.
Group loyalty and marketing teams) and HOF teams (e.g. retail operations, frontline, etc) to align campaigns and activations.Provide feedback and reporting to ensure continuous improvement of activations.Who Will ThriveDegree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines, Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or client marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Detail-oriented, passionate, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proactive and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with strong commercial awareness.Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive level.
