This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in AI and software engineering to solve complex, real-world challenges in a high-impact setting.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:- Design and implement robust AI agents.- Integrate AI solutions with existing SaaS platforms and legal workflow systems.- Evaluate third-party models, frameworks, and services to determine their suitability and integration potential.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and deliver high-impact agent solutions.- Build tools and infrastructure to monitor, test, and evaluate AI agent performance.- Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in documentation and version control.- Diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in developing agent products or similar AI applications.- Strong proficiency in one programming language (e.g., Python).- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and modern AI methodologies.- Experience with AI frameworks and agent development tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP).- Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.- Japanese is not a mustPreferred Qualifications - Ph.D. in a relevant technical field. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Knowledge of NLP techniques, RAG systems, and prompt engineering. - Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI research. - Experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments. - Strong communicate skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures in both English and Japanese.
