Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, creative, passionate CRM Digital Designer to be based in Stockholm, Sweden. The role will be part of the Portfolio team and will directly report into The Head of CRM, based in France, and will work closely with the Design and Marketing departments. It’s the best of both worlds: the excitement of building something new, backed by the strength of an industry leader.At Arlo Europe, you’ll be part of a team where your ideas and impact matter, and where together we are shaping the future of safer, more connected homes.The majority of work will focus on CRM and customer experience, while also contributing to the overall brand experience, key visuals and templates for both acquisition and portfolio marketing efforts, as well as help shape overarching campaigns and brand/marketing content.ResponsibilitiesVisual Design for CRM CampaignsDesign email templates, newsletters, and other CRM assets that align with brand guidelines.Create graphics, banners, and illustrations for use in email, SMS, and push notifications, and other mediaEnsure designs are optimized for both desktop and mobile formats.Assets and Content Creation for Acquisition Marketing - On site content and advertisement campaigns, both stills and videos.User Experience in CRM ContentDevelop layouts that enhance readability and engagement.Apply UX principles to ensure intuitive, customer-friendly designs.Maintain visual consistency across all CRM touchpoints.Brand AlignmentEnsure all visual elements comply with corporate brand standards.Adapt global brand guidelines to local market needs when required.Creative Assets ManagementMaintain a library of reusable CRM design templates.Organize and archive creative assets for easy retrieval.CollaborationWork closely with CRM managers, copywriters, and developers to deliver final campaign creatives.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions.Align and drive brand and content consistency collaboratively together with the rest of the Studio and production teamQuality ControlTest visuals across different email clients and devices to ensure accuracy.Check image resolution, file size, and load speed for optimal performance.LocationPermanent hire based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid).Reports and organization structureDirect reporting line into Head of CRM, France - with a dotted line into the Head of Brand and Marketing directorCandidate profileExperience and QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in Design Management is a plus).3–5 years in a professional design environment (agency, in-house creative team, or product design department).Competencies:Technical SkillsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma, Sketch.Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design system management.Nice to haveExperience with any CRM tool (Salesforce, marketing cloud, customer io)Soft SkillsStrong creative vision with attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business goals into compelling design solutions.Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.English fluent, writing and speakingStrong fit with our Company DNAPassionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly.Committed to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
