This is a personally gratifying career opportunity wherein you will be assisting an elite group of Surgeons in helping patients receive a novel reconstruction therapy for an improved quality of life. Job responsibilities: 100% field-based Meril Endo Surgery portfolio sales and business management in the assigned territoryIdentify, build and manage an effective Go to Market (GTM) to meet desired sales objectives & increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectivesAcquire, keep up-to-date and report in-depth knowledge of the territory, including information on current customers, business potential, competitor activity and market trends Continuously assess the territory and market, identify sales opportunities and develop unique ways to grow the business with the customers Development and retain long, strong and effective partnership relations with decision makers in assigned key accountsFollow organizational objectives and country regulations to ensure high degree of compliance in business and ensure high integrity and ethical standards in transactions with all stake holdersProvide technical advice and training to customers on Meril products to ensure high levels of user competence.Leverage Meril Training academies in Frankfurt and Madrid to conduct high impact Professional education training.Requirements: Higher education 5 -12 years of experience on a similar position in the area of medical equipment in a hospital environment Location: GermanyKnowledge of Endo-surgery environment will be strong advantage Strong communication skillsOutstanding relationship-building skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditionsTaking initiative & target orientedProblem solving attitude Fluency in English Websites: https://www.merillife.com/Interested candidates can share their resumes atneha.bajpai@merillife.com
