To strengthen our team, we are now looking for an Apartment Manager in Antwerpen, Belgium, whose passion is ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent tenant and guest experiences, and managing our apartments with efficiency and care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Antwerpen, Belgium.

The Apartment Manager will be responsible for:

Overseeing the daily operations of the apartments

Ensuring high levels of tenant and guest satisfaction

Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out processes

Handling communication with tenants, guests, and service providers

Supporting the financial performance and reporting of the apartments

Qualifications

Very good knowledge of English and Dutch

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in property, hospitality, or apartment management is an advantage

Organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and responsibly
