You will be a key player in coordinating and leading the airport’s operational care team, ensuring excellent service aligned with our operational needs. Your main responsibilities will include:Carrying out briefing meetings and ensuring compliance with LATAM’s standards for passenger care.Ensuring quality and service compliance aligned with LATAM Airlines’ care standards.Leading contingency situations and coordinating with Airport Management and centralized operational areas (CCO, CPC, FSA, etc.) to resolve passenger issues.Supporting Management with administrative tasks related to authorities, emergency committees, concessionaires, handling agents, and partner airlines.Ensuring punctuality, baggage handling, and customer satisfaction standards are met.Managing airport operations with excellence in customer service, aligning with LATAM’s purpose and procedures.Acting as liaison with third parties and stakeholders to support daily operations.Participating in meetings with Ground Handling teams and following up on arising cases.Maintaining process agendas and driving continuous improvements.Collaborating closely with the Airport Manager and assuming responsibilities during their absence (e.g., business trips or vacations).What do you need to take off in this role?At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Availability to work in shifts and respond to operational contingencies.Where and how will you work?Location: Auckland, New ZealandWorkday: Full-time, Minimum guaranteed hours of work: 40 hrs per week.Remuneration:NZD $36.30 gross per hour + the below guaranteed allowance paymentsCost of Living Allowance: $1,863 per monthTransport Allowance: $350 per monthBefore applying, please note:If you have a disability and require any accommodation for your interview, let us know.Register with your personal email (avoid using corporate or university accounts).Attach your CV in PDF format only.LATAM will never ask for any payments or deposits to participate in our selection processes.Ready to fly with us?
