What You'll Do

Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using N8N, Make, Zapier, and other cutting-edge tools

Experiment with and evaluate emerging AI platforms (e.g. Claude, GPT, Perplexity, AgentOps)

Build scalable internal tools and automation systems that directly impact growth and operations

Collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions that solve real business challenges

Continuously optimize and improve our automation infrastructure

Contribute to strategic discussions and product decisions in a fast-moving environment

Mentor (and learn from) teammates with different skill sets and backgrounds

Push the boundaries of what's possible with no-code + AI + APIs

Required

Passionate about AI, automation, and solving real-world problems

Strong experience with N8N or similar tools (Zapier, Make, Pipedream, etc.)

Curious, self-driven, and always exploring new tools and technologies

Great at breaking problems down and testing solutions quickly

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment

Excellent communicator and collaborator

Bonus Points

Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

Background in Python, JavaScript, or general scripting

Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, or other LLM frameworks

Prior startup or growth-stage company experience

Interest in business systems, productivity tools, or operations strategy
