Role Overview

:As a Crop Care Supervisor, you will oversee the care and cultivation of our crops, ensuring that our Crop Care Team Members complete their tasks effectively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in managing team performance, schedules, and engagement while fostering a collaborative atmosphere

• d.Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPI

• s.Provide coaching and support to team member

• s.Manage rosters and scheduling to ensure optimal staff levels and resource allocatio

• n.Collaborate with the relevant teams to align crop care practices with overall business goal

• s.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all crop care operation

• s.Maintain accurate records of crop performance and team activities, reporting on progress and outcome
