Role Overview
:As a Crop Care Supervisor, you will oversee the care and cultivation of our crops, ensuring that our Crop Care Team Members complete their tasks effectively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in managing team performance, schedules, and engagement while fostering a collaborative atmosphere
.

- n.Collaborate with the relevant teams to align crop care practices with overall business goal
- s.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all crop care operation
- s.Maintain accurate records of crop performance and team activities, reporting on progress and outcome
