Luxury Motors OÜ is seeking a talented and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our service department in Tallinn.Main ObjectiveTo build and manage a profitable, high-performing service department, ensuring full workshop utilization, exceptional customer satisfaction and flawless process execution across all brands.Main responsibilities:Proactively expand the customer base by attracting service clients from both represented and other premium brands, ensuring full workshop capacity and sustainable business growthLead and develop the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and premium quality standardsManage aftersales operations for Maserati, Aston Martin and XPENG according to manufacturer requirementsEnsure all workshop activities, documentation and procedures meet brand and legal standards - including warranty and insurance repairsOversee spare parts and warehouse management, ensuring correct stock levels and process accuracyAnalyze workshop capacity, productivity, and financial results - continuously improving performance and cost efficiencyMinimize repeat repairs through strong quality control and technician trainingEnsure all vehicles receive required software updates and technical bulletins according to manufacturer standardsBuild and maintain a loyal client base through proactive follow-up, CRM management and service retention activitiesLead, train and motivate the service team, creating a results-oriented and professional environmentParticipate in official manufacturer training programs and implement best practices locallyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, or in Business Administration with automotive industry experience3 + years of experience in managing an automotive service or aftersales departmentStrong technical understanding of both internal combustion and electric vehicle systemsProven ability to manage profitability, team performance, and customer satisfaction metricsExcellent knowledge of service processes, warranty and insurance handling, parts operations, and documentation managementStrong analytical mindset and leadership skillsFluent in Estonian, English (Russian is a plus)BenefitsHere is what to expect from the day you join our team onwards: Official manufacturer training and continuous professional developmentOpportunity to work with world-leading luxury and EV brandsModern service facilities and a motivated professional teamCompetitive, performance-based compensation.
