World-leading company in the production of telescopic lifts and operating machinery for construction, industry and agriculture, RESEARCH:

After sales assistant

The candidate will be placed in the Group's Service Department, a dynamic, young work team strongly oriented towards the customer and towards achieving the objectives indicated by the Company; Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the candidate will be responsible for providing support to the markets within his competence to guarantee post-sales assistance and, first and foremost, the satisfaction of the end user.

The resource must :

• Provide technical support to the markets within its competence
• Guarantee an excellent level of knowledge of the Product by the Service companies operating in its area
• Educate the area of his competence in the correct use of the MERLO Group's After-Sales procedures (warranty, spare parts, machine delivery, ...)
• Contribute to the identification of the necessary Product improvement activities
• Periodically visit the markets within its competence, including during visits to end customers and/or sector fairs

Is required:

• Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma
• Coming from a similar sector with experience in a similar role
• Strong orientation towards listening, managing relational issues and customer satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge of English : a second language, preferably French, will be considered a plus
• Ambition and motivation to grow professionally and personally

Workplace: the Merlo Group headquarters, San Defendente di Cervasca (CN).
