The Store Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the daily store operations within ADA Stores. The role will be focused on providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring accurate material issuance, and maintaining the designated store area in full compliance with regulatory requirements and ADAs internal standards. Apply the 5S standards at the Technical Stores.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day transactions handled by Issue Counter personnel and any other designated areas within the Stores, as assigned by the Line Manager.Ensure end-user requests are processed promptly and efficiently, providing all necessary support to minimize Nil Stock occurrences.Respond to AOG requisitions on time to reduce operational impact and support uninterrupted maintenance activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Issue Counter transactions, ensuring daily reconciliation between physical stock and system inventory balances.Conduct regular inspections to identify expired, unserviceable, or obsolete spare parts, ensuring their prompt removal and processing in accordance with approved scrap procedures.Prepare and submit required reports to management in a timely and accurate manner.Provide support during internal and external audits, as well as quality inspections, ensuring full adherence to organizational, regulatory, and aviation authority requirements.Ideal Candidate will have:Bachelors degree in Aviation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.610 years of industry experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, component management, and inventory control, preferably within an MRO or airline environment.
