As a Department Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations. You will manage a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks that support business performance including sales reporting, attendance tracking, vendor communication, and adherence to company procedures related to payments, onboarding, and staff management. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute directly to smooth departmental operations and overall organizational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and analyze daily sales reports to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.Prepare weekly performance reports summarizing key metrics and insights for management review.Oversee attendance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Coordinate the monthly vendor sales reports, providing insights on sales trends and performance.Produce margin analysis reports to support pricing and profitability decisions.Manage vendor and stakeholder payments, ensuring compliance with financial schedules and protocols.Facilitate the uploading of new products into internal systems, maintaining accurate and complete data.Collaborate with internal teams to implement price revisions in line with market changes and objectives.Develop and maintain a training calendar to track and schedule departmental learning initiatives.Compile and distribute weekly reports on exclusives and marketing collateral to support promotions.Process travel reimbursements in accordance with company policy.Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with internal procedures.Manage probation and resignation processes, including documentation and exit interviews.Handle passport-related documentation and compliance requirements.Coordinate internal payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness across departments.Manage staff uniform procurement and payment processes, ensuring timely delivery.Support the monthly staff appraisal process, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.Assist in the execution and communication of promotional campaigns to enhance sales and engagement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 23 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
