BetterMe is looking for a highly motivated Acquisition Manager with Arabic or Turkish language proficiency to join our growing marketing team! As Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad platforms. This role is critical in driving BetterMe's growth and requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic thinker who is passionate about digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive user growth and maximize ROI.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
Track and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of target KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and user acquisition.
Provide regular reporting and updates on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the analytics team to implement tracking and attribution solutions and ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in user acquisition and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Arabic or Turkish language is required, English - Intermediate or above.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
Experience managing large advertising budgets and achieving ROI targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passionate about digital marketing and user acquisition.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
