Accounts Assistant A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Cayman office. This position will play a key role in supporting the firm’s monthly billing process across Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in line with firm standardsCoordinate the full monthly billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timelinessProcess write-offs and billing adjustments in collaboration with partners and attorneysReconcile billed and unbilled balancesHandle client billing queries with professionalism and attention to detailRequirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a billing or accounts support role, ideally within a law firm.
