Accounts Assistant — MEP / Facilities Services Grand Cayman (On-site) · Full-timeAndrogroup is growing. We’re a multi-trade MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) services business delivering fit-outs, maintenance and facilities work across the Cayman Islands. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and help professionalise billing, collections and supplier payments as we scale our service division.If you enjoy hands-on accounting in a fast-moving operational business and want real career progression (training in Acumatica, performance-based roles, and responsibility from day one), we want to hear from you.What you’ll doProcess accounts receivable: raise and issue invoices, match payments, post receipts and manage customer statements.Credit control: chase overdue accounts, reconcile disputes with site teams and prepare AR aging reports.Accounts payable: process supplier invoices, prepare payment runs, reconcile supplier statements and manage purchase order matching.Bank and ledger reconciliations and daily cash postings.Support month-end close activities (journal entries, accruals, basic month-end reports).Maintain accurate records (invoices, supporting documents) and assist with audit requests.Liaise with operations (site supervisors, dispatch) to ensure work is captured and billed correctly.Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks: expense claims, petty cash, and basic reporting for management.About you (what we’re looking for)2+ years’ experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping — ideally in construction, contracting, or services.Diploma in accounting / bookkeeping or equivalent.
