7x Site Engineers Full-time Job

ConsultANZ is looking for a motivated Site Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in regional New South Wales. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of one of the state’s largest and most impactful builds, working alongside a Tier 1 contractor and an experienced, collaborative project team.

4-6 months contract position with strong potential to transition to permanent

Work on a multi billion project

Competitive salary: $90K - $120K base + super + car + 20% uplift from base

Main Duties:

Manage site works with a focus on earthworks, micropiling, and foundation construction

Ensure works are delivered safely and meet quality, environmental, and engineering standards

Liaise professionally with local property owners and farmers to maintain positive community relationships

Support day-to-day operations and technical delivery in collaboration with site supervisors and foremen

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' postgraduate experience in civil infrastructure, ideally involving foundations, piling, or bulk earthworks

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Proven ability to work collaboratively on-site and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Willingness to work DIDO to regional NSW.

Roster Details:

5/2 roster – Monday to Friday on-site, weekends off

Accommodation provided when working onsite

Team carpooling available from Sydney
