If you’re passionate about intuitive design, obsessed with the details, and excited by the idea of creating experiences that people genuinely enjoy using, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDesign intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile products that elevate the overall user experience.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.Work closely with the product team and developers to ensure smooth, collaborative execution from concept to launch.Conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform smart, data-backed design decisions.Participate in design reviews and iterate quickly based on feedback, always striving for excellence.Ensure accurate and high-quality implementation by partnering with developers throughout the build process.Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table.Contribute to and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system used across products.Follow established quality and design standards to deliver consistent, thoughtful experiences.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.2 - 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.Proven experience in building optimised UI/UX designs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
Experience designing paid and/or subscription products will be considered a plus.Strong proficiency in Figma (experience with Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus).Solid understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.Experience conducting user research, usability studies, and synthesising findings into actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.Our StandardsCompetitive monthly fixed salary.Performance-based bonus scheme.Monday to Friday, 9am-5:00pm schedule with flexible starting and finishing hours.Work from home scheme.Up to 25 days of annual leave, plus 5 sick days.Provident Fund Scheme.A growth-focused, supportive environment with real career progression opportunities.
