作为专柜渠道培训师你将成为品牌在销售点 (POS) 的形象大使负责通过培训和发展美妆顾问提升他们在品牌产品服务和零售方面的能力从而推动销售增长你将与销售主管和区域经理密切合作至少80%的时间在现场工作确保培训计划的实施和效果

你的主要职责包括

设计与实施培训计划

推出统一或定制化的培训计划包括一对一培训数字化培训和销售点培训

支持新美妆顾问的入职阶段帮助他们快速融入团队

通过指导方法培养美妆顾问的知识和能力活跃美妆顾问社群以促进学习

提升销售与零售效率

通过监控学习行动的投资回报率ROI与销售额的关系持续优化培训效果

在销售高峰期直接参与销售点的销售活动支持团队达成目标

定期向零售管理团队提供反馈助力销售额提升

品牌价值传递

体现并传递品牌价值观和服务态度确保品牌形象的一致性

及时了解竞争对手的知识产品学习方法服务创新保持竞争力
