A well-established global business consulting firm is seeking to recruit a Trainee Corporate Services Administrator to work full time at their offices in Nicosia.Key duties:• Arranging company incorporations in Cyprus and other jurisdictions• Providing corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of Cyprus and foreign companies• Maintaining statutory records and preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings• Ensuring timely filing with the Registrar of Companies and CySEC• Handling applications for business licences and immigration permits• Handling bank account applications• Liaising with clients and other professionals in Cyprus and abroad• Other duties as may be assigned from time to timeSkills and requirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in accounting, law or a business-related discipline• Excellent spoken and written command of the English and Greek languages• Additional languages will be considered an advantage• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Meticulous attention to detail• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise tasks, so as to meet deadlines• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision• Strong sense of commitment, responsibility and professionalism• Reliability, honesty, discretion and respect for confidentiality• Pleasant disposition and professional attitude• No previous experience needed, as on-the-job training will be providedBenefits• Working hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-5:30pm, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-2:00pm• Attractive remuneration package• 20 days annual leave Interested applicants should send their CVs including a cover letter in English to recruit@ocsmail.biz
