Our client base is comprised of c-level executives from 98% of existing fortune 1000 companies, and are world leaders in a variety of industries, such as healthcare, legal, pharmaceutical, investments, energy, packaging, etc. Headquartered in the UK, we are rated in the top 20 UK companies for work/life balance.We are looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated professional to join our Event Production team as a Support Coordinator assisting a team of professionals responsible for the AV, Staging, Lighting, Signage and Videography at our portfolio of global summits.This role will report to our Technical Director of Event Production based in Cyprus.This is an in-person role based in our Nicosia Office.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding general administrative support to a senior team of professionals based in the EMEA, APAC and North American regions.Responsible for coordinating the storage and freight of our event kits (Staging, AV, Signage, etc.).Assisting in the recruitment of freelance AV technicians.Managing the schedule of freelance AV technicians that support our in-house team.Coordinating Travel and accommodation for our Event Production team.Maintaining the inventory of equipment for all global kits.Sourcing new equipment and materials as directed and obtaining multiple offers.Forming strong relationships with third party vendors.Negotiating and ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.Maintaining reports and documentation for all departmental costs.QualificationsEU passport-holder/ eligible to work in Cyprus.Bachelor’s Degree or higher is a definite advantage.Able to work 9:30-18:00.

Flexibility is required on some occasions to accommodate for US region.Professional level of the English language - both written and verbal.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment in an admin or support role.Experience liaising with 3rd party contractors or responsibility for sourcing products and services will be considered an advantage.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).A proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff and colleagues in a diverse environment.An ability to maintain a positive mindset and execute under pressure.Very strong organizational and time management skills.Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality - a true team player.Compensation & BenefitsWe are a dynamic and experienced international team.You’ll gain experience and you’ll learn how support a diverse team on a global basis.21 annual leave days, including office closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day.Great office location, in the heart of Nicosia.Fun social activities.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
