The State Facilitator will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring activities. This position will also support program and partner coordination.<br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>Provide technical guidance in the area of training, program development, and operational support.<br>Help maintain collaborative relationships with partners, and internal staff.<br>Coordinates state-level project activities and meetings<br>Contributes to monthly activity plans for all program-related activities.<br>Coordinates the distribution and tracking of project commodities within the state.<br>Conduct regular supportive supervision, identify challenges and proffer solutions to relevant units for quality improvement<br>Provide feedback on program strategies based on state-level knowledge and realities.<br>Works with State Team to address areas needing improvement for service delivery and documentation as needed<br>Responsible for regular program data gathering to support reporting activities.<br>Ensuring strict compliance to eHA policies, guidelines and SOPs.<br>Attending regular eHA program meetings to give updates on progress, challenges, and way forward<br>Monitoring of facilities as a quality check point during field activities to verify eHA is delivering excellent service and not contributing negatively to existing workload<br>Ensure adequate program education in facilities to prevent negative contribution to existing health service workload.<br>Ensures compliance with routine program processes within facility settings.<br>Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in public health or relevant field.<br>Three years’ experience in related field.<br>Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.<br>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated experience in training.<br>Experience working with public health programs with the Nigerian government.<br>Experience using Android devices to collect program data<br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel<br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.<br>Oral and written fluency in the local language.<br>Ability to travel 70% of the time.<br>Note: This job description summarizes the main duties of the job.
