This position focuses on ensuring project management excellence, operational efficiency, strong stakeholder engagement, and effective collaboration with both internal and external partners.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the solar electrification pilot project, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and maintaining alignment with Trócaire's mission and values. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day project operations, as well as managing the work of a local implementing partner, a private sector partner, and external consultants; monitoring progress toward project goals; and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. This role will require close collaboration with the Business Model Consultant, MEAL Manager, Procurement Officer, and Climate Change Project Officer. The position is based in Freetown, with frequent travel to Kambia District and other locations as necessary.The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, proactive and results-oriented project manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects and fast growing projects, and fostering productive partnerships between multiple stakeholder (Local NGO, Private sector, District stakeholders).
