You will define product strategy, collaborate with the engineering and data teams, and help translate customer needs into high-impact features.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, execution, and rollout.Work closely with engineering, data science, hardware, and sales teams.Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals.Conduct market and competitive analysis within the manufacturing and NDT space.Work with enterprise clients to understand their operational challenges.Lead product documentation, feature validation, and cross-team communication.Track KPIs and drive continuous product improvement.Requirements And Qualifications7+ years of product management experience in technology, industrial automation, NDT, machine learning, or manufacturing systems.Strong technical background degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or similar.Experience working with hardware/software integrated products is a strong advantage.Exceptional ability to translate complex tech into clear customer value.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication in English, Finnish and German is an added advantage.Working at RESONIKSJoin an early-stage, fast-moving team where your work shapes both the product and the company culture.
