If you're looking to make an impact close to home but on a global scale – this is the place.What you’ll do:Process, review, and book vendor invoices — accurately and efficiently.Ensure all incoming documents are properly coded, approved, and matched with purchase orders.Track, monitor, and reconcile accounts payable ledgers — keeping them clean and audit-ready.Work closely with Procurement and Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies.Maintain timely communication with suppliers regarding payment status and inquiries.Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.Monthly reconciliation of AP ICO balances.Perform a monthly review of fixed assets and construction in progress (CIP) to identify the completed projects for capitalization and closure, and ensure the timely recording of monthly depreciation in the ERP system in accordance with the accounting standardsMonitor customs declarations - ensuring their accurate recording in the ERP system and reconciling them with the corresponding payments.Prepare reports related to payables for internal use and audits.Assist with BNB/NSI/NRA reports as needed.Who you are:Experienced – 5+ years in Accounting or Finance, ideally with experience a multinational company.Degree holder – in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Detail-driven – you notice discrepancies before they become problems.Tech-savvy – strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and comfortable working with ERP systems.Communicative – solid English (written and spoken), with a clear and professional style.Proactive – you take ownership, follow through, and are always looking for ways to improve.Team player – you’re happy to collaborate across departments and locations.Reporting to:You’ll be working closely with and reporting to our Chief Accountant, with the opportunity to grow into broader financial responsibilities over time.
