Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client acquisition and retention

• Quickly assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and options

• Stay fully informed on all products and promotions

• Take ownership of the sales process from greeting to closing

• Handle customer concerns with confidence and urgency

• Support inventory management and follow POS procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of successful sales experience (retail preferred)

• Proficient in English and basic math

• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus

Compensation:
