We move fast, communicate clearly, and treat clients' businesses as partners rather than projects.The RoleAs a Growth Account Manager, you serve as the strategic liaison between clients and our internal channel experts. You act as the connective tissue across projects, responsible for coordinating discovery, research, proposal development, and ongoing client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesOutcomes and SuccessNeeds Analysis & DiscoveryLead discovery conversations to define goals, challenges, budgets, and timelinesCollaborate with the COO, team leads, and specialists to identify the necessary services, resources, and scopeTranslate business and technical details into a clear internal briefResearch & Audits CoordinationCoordinate internal stakeholders for UX audits, competitor analysis, and account reviews across Shopify, Ads, and CRMConsolidate findings into insights that clients can understandEnsure each specialist has the context and assets they need to produce accurate analysesProposal & Forecast DevelopmentOwn the proposal process end-to-end, including forecasting expected results with support from channel specialistsConsolidate channel-specific projections into a holistic forecastDefine pricing, scope, and resourcing with the COOPrepare contracts and assist with final negotiationsPresent proposals clearly and confidently to prospective clientsInternal teams feel protected from chaos and fully enabled to do great workProposals are accurate, achievable, and commercially soundLaunches are smooth, structured, and on scheduleClient relationships grow in trust, longevity, and scopeSpecialists have what they need, when they need it, every timeIssues are handled proactively and communicated earlyRequirementsExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skills in EnglishExperience managing digital marketing projects with multiple stakeholdersOrganized, calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentLove coordinating people, removing confusion, and simplifying complexityCommercially minded, able to spot opportunities and protect marginsUnderstanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, CRM, and ecommerceAbility to translate specialist language into clear, client-friendly insightsProactive and take full ownership of your projects, with no loose endsAble to work remotely with reliable internet access and necessary toolsBenefitsA high-autonomy environment where your leadership genuinely shapes client successA senior, low-politics team that values craftsmanship and ownershipRemote-first culture, flexible work conditions and async-friendly communicationOpportunities to work with fast-growing ecommerce brandsRoom to grow into senior leadership roles
