This role supports our global network of agents and works closely with Sales, Admissions, AR, and our schools to ensure partners receive accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience.This role is part time from November to April and changing to full time from May to October.What You’ll DoManage agent onboarding, including CRM setup and training.Keep partner platforms updated with price lists, discounts, promotions, and product changes.Assist Sales with ad hoc projects, partner campaigns, and fair preparation.Produce regular reports such as nationality mix per centre and booking trends.Handle daily partner queries relating to admissions, pricing, and centre information.Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partners receive clear answers.Provide admissions support when needed by processing applications and checking documentation.What You’ll BringPrevious experience working with a CRM system.Strong communication skills and confidence working with international partners.Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.A collaborative approach and willingness to support different teams when required.Experience in education or international student recruitment is an advantage, but not essential.Why Join UsYou’ll be part of a friendly, supportive central team working across multiple countries and time zones. This role offers exposure to admissions, sales, AR, operations, and partner relations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow within the international education sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAgent OnboardingSet up new agents in the CRM, including contract details, commission structures, and documentation.Provide onboarding guidance and system training to ensure agents can use the partner portal confidently.Keep agent records accurate and up to date.Platform & Information ManagementUpdate partner platforms with price lists, promotions, discounts, and product changes.Ensure information published across platforms is correct and consistent.Coordinate with product or marketing teams when updates require wider communication.Sales SupportSupport regional sales teams with ad hoc projects, including partner campaigns and data preparation.Assist with fair setup by preparing centre-specific information, documentation, and student data.Prepare materials for partner meetings or visits.Manage fair setup, including preparing team schedules and securing meeting arrangements.Reporting & AnalyticsRun statistical reports such as nationality mix per centre, booking trends, and partner performance.Share insights with sales, admissions, and operational teams when follow-up is needed.Maintain internal reporting trackers based on accurate agent and student information.General Partner SupportHandle partner queries relating to admissions, applications, pricing, availability, and general centre information.Liaise with admissions, AR, accommodation, and operations teams when queries require cross-department input.Flag recurring issues or concerns to management.Admissions Support (as needed)Process applications during busy periods or when additional support is required.Check documentation, update CRM records, and prepare offer letters.Requirements(Job Experience, Qualifications, Skills)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, education, or a related field.Experience in data entry, customer service (desirable).Experience working with international students or clients (desirable)
