The company has operational bases in Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna, and Lyaskovets.MAIN BUSINESS ACTIVITYEKOTOI is a leading company in Bulgaria in the renting and service of mobile sanitary equipment, including portable chemical toilets, mobile hand wash basins and urinals, WC and shower containers, mobile tanks for clean and wastewater, power electricity generators.EKOTOI also offers for rent mobile lattice and solid fences for construction sites and events, permanent fences, office containers, equipped with furniture, storage containers, security kiosks, container “Cash/Ticket office”, mobile lighting towers and power generators.The company has experience in organising and maintaining temporary field camps for 2 500 inhabitants, which could be used for accommodating refugees or during military training's.For further development of our team, we have an open position for a Office Associate.POSITION DESCRIPTION-DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain contacts and cooperation with existing partners .Follow on the smooth running of the business with those.Coordinate and communicate requests/issues arising in the daily execution of the actual contracts.Maintain existing contacts to suppliers, sub-contractors, establish cooperation with new ones.Coordinate and follow contracts to sister companies.PROFILE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONDegree in related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in business environment, preferably sales/project management.Experience in working with ERPs.Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.Exceptional organisational skills and aptitude for numbers.Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAn excellent level of English language, both verbal and written.Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.Ekotoi service Ltd.
