Role PurposeThe Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Marketing and strategic projects across Supercells FTTH business. The role ensures cross-functional alignment, timely delivery, and achievement of business objectives, supporting the CMO in driving growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects related to new product launches, partnerships, promotions, and customer experience improvements.Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in alignment with commercial goals.Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Technical, Customer Care, and Finance to ensure project success.Track and report project status, risks, and progress to the CMO with clear recommendations.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.Ensure compliance with company standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.Support the operations director in managing high-priority strategic initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in telecom/ISP/technology sectors.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP certification is a plus).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
