Role Summary:Ensure project quality meets/exceeds client expectations by applying international standards and quality procedures across all construction activities.Core Responsibilities:Manage quality and workmanship in Civil, Architectural, Structural disciplines.Oversee all QA/QC documents (certificates, tests, inspections, NCRs, materials).Develop and enforce inspection/testing standards and maintain high-quality processes.Ensure all Method Statements, ITPs, Test Plans, and Drawings are approved, current, and followed on site.Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and ensure site items are inspected before consultant review.Conduct quality briefings and maintain records in monthly reports.Inspect incoming materials per project specs; raise NCRs for rejected items.Monitor testing, concrete operations, and maintain all related records and logs.Conduct snagging/punch lists and support HSE initiatives.Skills & Knowledge:Familiar with ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, ACI, AASHTO standards.Strong technical QC knowledge: ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, ERP (SAP preferred).Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and data sheets.Experience:Minimum 7 years overall, 4 years relevant QA/QC, 2 years GCC experience preferred.Education & Certification:Bachelors in civil engineering or related.Professional certification (MMUP, UPDA, ISO Lead Auditor, or ASQC CQM/CQE).
