Job Description Evaluate suppliers: this involves finding suppliers to deliver goods needed by company. This implies that a good rapport should be maintained with suppliersPrepare inventory documentation: this involves accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stockEnsure that inventories are constantly up to standardsPerform clerical duties such as answering of calls and sending e-mailsEnsure that whatever merchandise are received meet order specificationsEnsure available stock match customer needsMaintain daily invoices and shipment records to ascertain the state of all stockResponsible for forecasting company’s future stock needsDocument stock delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing or positionEnsure maintenance of optimal levels of stock for availability as the need arisesSet up operation standards for all subordinates to followEnsure proper management of aging and excess stocksReview service levels regularly and reconcile inventoriesRespond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and productsPrepare and submit inventory control reports to supervisorCarry out inventory control to ensure inventories are at optimal levelsProvide assistance and direction to colleagues and subordinates as requiredReport and analyze data and present results to senior managers when necessaryManage a team of retail coordinators Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, accounting, finance or supply chain management is preferredStrong Communication skillsStrong Critical Thinking, Problem Solving and Organizational Skills are a mustProject Management experience Have experience in luxury facility Great written/oral communication skills • Be proficient with MS office applications & email functions
