In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, as well as coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. You will play a key role in supporting a positive employee lifecycle and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities include:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offersCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategiesSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreachCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationsEnsure a professional and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the processMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment recordsPrepare and manage all pre-employment documentation (welcome packs, etc.)Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth first-day experienceWork with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, payroll) to ensure all onboarding needs are metIntroduce new employees to company culture, policies, and systemsFollow up with new hires during the onboarding period to ensure a positive integrationCoordinate all steps of the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final documentation, and deactivation of accessEnsure compliance with internal procedures and local labor lawsCollect feedback from departing employees to support ongoing improvementSupport managers in delivering exit communications with professionalism and empathyMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee recordsAssist with HR reporting and data entry as neededSupport the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks and employee queriesHandle the Yellow Slip issuance process, supporting employees with documentation, applications, and general guidanceContribute to ongoing improvements of HR processes and systemsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
