Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The HR / Admin Officer will play a key role in managing employee records, coordinating HR activities, and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Assist with performance management processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Manage office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

Assist with event planning and coordination.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department and office.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
