We are a remote-first company, distributed across Europe and united by the ambition to shape the future of pet wellbeing. About the RoleWe are looking for a Head of Product to lead our product team across our portfolio, focusing only on the Woofz Product. You’ll own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution to evolve Woofz from a “dog training app” into the dog app for a pet’s full lifetime journey. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, the Support Team, and the CEO.

As the company grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a Chief Product Officer (CPO) position.This role is fully remote (European time zones preferred). Our next chapter is to expand from training into holistic dog wellbeing - introducing features like personalized wellness scores, predictive health insights, and behavior analytics.We’re looking for a Head of Product who will lead this transformation - turning Woofz into the essential wellbeing companion for dogs and their owners. Career GrowthPotential for promotion to Chief Product Officer (CPO) based on performance and company growth.What You’ll Do • Build a strategy and vision for the Woofz Product - #1 product for all dog owners. • Create and prioritize the product roadmap across Woofz Product. • Manage and mentor a team of 3+ Product Managers. • Drive stable product streams across training, wellness, referral and monetization product streams.. • Analyze product performance and improve key metrics (D30 Retention, LTV, Churn, NSM). • Build processes for stable, predictable release cycles. • Conduct competitor analysis and market research. • Collect and analyze user feedback together with the Support team. • Collaborate closely with the in-app content team to enhance educational content. • Work hand-in-hand with marketing and performance teams. • Drive experiments (A/B tests) and user research initiatives. What We’re Looking For • 7+ years in mobile product management (B2C, subscription-based apps). • 2+ years managing product teams or product streams. • Experience launching and scaling global mobile products. • Solid experience in the education or wellness category of mobile apps. • Deep understanding of key metrics and analytical tools. • Strong experience with A/B testing and UX research. • Knowledge of JTBD, Design Thinking, and familiarity with Reforge concepts. • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.Nice to have • Background in gamification, health & fitness or educational apps. • Experience in PetTech. • Exposure to AI product development. • A passion for pets (owning a dog is a plus!).Personal Qualities: • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. • Highly analytical and data-driven. • Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Deep interest in how products grow and evolve.Our Benefits:Time-off Policy — unlimited Out of office daysRemote or Hybrid work.
