We are now looking for an experienced commercial leader in Finland to take our business to the next level.Role OverviewAs Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the commercial activities and growth of the Professional Hygiene business area in Finland. You will lead B2B sales and marketing in your market, set targets and ensure consistent execution with your team. You will be a member of Professional Hygiene Management Team and report to the Chief Business Officer, Professional Hygiene.Your key responsibilitiesLead and develop the local commercial team in our solution areas: Healthcare, Food Service & Professional Cleaning, and Food Industry.Plan and execute the commercial business strategy, aligning sales and marketing, pricing, and channel strategies with overall business objectives.Ensure strategic oversight and excellence in customer relationship management across solution areas, including public sector procurement, distributor-driven engagements, and direct end-customer relationships.Develop, implement, and monitor the operational plan, budget, and performance covering net sales, margin, and cost objectives to ensure full alignment with the overall business strategy.Utilize market insights and data to guide decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and reinforce existing market presence.What we expectMasters degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field.At least 5 years of commercial leadership experience in B2B, preferably in the hygiene industry.Proven track record in sales development, profitable growth, and distributor management.
