Youll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, top-tier customer satisfaction, and high employee engagement while aligning with Instabees long-term goals.Some of the things youll doLead, coach, and support terminal managers across Finland, including the Helsinki terminal.Own and develop the regions business performance, cost-efficiency, and delivery quality.Collaborate closely with Nordic and Group functions to align with company strategy.Analyze cost drivers and lead improvement initiatives for sustainable growth.Ensure legal compliance and high standards in health, safety, and the work environment.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.Participate in key company-wide projects as a senior regional representative.Your future teamYoull be joining the Finnish operations team and lead a passionate group of local managers across our Finnish operations.
