Driven by our technology, we're saving clients 35-60% on their fleet ops, and streamlining their operations on scale.The Operations Specialist is a hands-on role: majority of the work happens in a carwash - part of your work is training new Foxes to provide car washing services and also rolling up your sleeves to wash cars if necessary. You will be reporting to the Regional Operations Lead. This position is responsible for being the team lead for our service providers (Foxes), achieving service quality targets and weekly order volumes targets, handling equipment and ensuring our clients' fleets are always ready for the next user. YOUR MISSION Recruitment and retention of service providers (Foxes)Find, train and lead the local team of Fox contractors responsible for various Tasks around the city (washing, relocating, etc) High-quality standardsEnsure service quality through training, re-training and daily checkupsLow operational error rates and customer complaintsBe the first responder for Foxes and clients, providing swift and effective solutions to everyday problems Achievement of volume and revenue targetsMonitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvementEnsure weekly order volumes are reached Efficient equipment utilisationManage infrastructure, equipment and maintenance for service delivery️ WORK SCHEDULEMonday to Friday: 16:00-01:00RequirementsMust have:Fluency in Estonian (C2)Based in Tallinn and available for full-time on-site workActive B-category driver's licenseBasic Google Sheets / Excel skills.
