ESTO is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, governance, and capital formation of one of the most dynamic fintechs in the Baltics. As Group CFO, you will sit at the apex of ESTOs centralized finance organization - overseeing governance, treasury, capital markets, accounting, analytics, and financial operations across all business units and regions.You will serve as a key architect of ESTOs growth, driving liquidity, shaping funding strategy, and managing investor relations across fixed-income and equity markets.
