The company delivers high-end chemical and electrochemical cleaning, maintenance, and surface treatment of stainless-steel and specialty-alloy pharmaceutical production equipment. As part of Henkel Group, Corrgo benefits from deep chemical expertise and proven cleaning technologies. Their core expertise lies in preparing reactors and multi-purpose production plants for new product batches, ensuring equipment is completely free of residues, bacteria, and any chemical interactions that could compromise safety or quality.Corrgo has experienced exceptional growth since 2022, expanding from around five employees to approximately thirty today, with revenue increasing nearly tenfold. The company operates in a highly specialized niche where pharma and biotech clients increasingly rely on external expertise due to the complexity of multi-purpose reactors and stringent regulatory requirements.Corrgo provides a complete on-site service portfolio, including initial cleaning and passivation, derouging, electropolishing, descaling, sanitization, material technology consulting, boroscopy, microscopy and advanced lab analytics. Chemicals are prepared and stored in Switzerland/Austria and transported directly to client sites in Denmark, where they are applied but not produced or stored locally.Expansion to DenmarkCorrgo is an established supplier to Novo Nordisk, Fujifilm and other major manufacturers. For each project, highly specialized teams of 4050 international experts, primarily from Switzerland and across Europe, travel to Denmark under tight timelines. This creates significant needs for local compliance, immigration handling, and operational coordination. Projects follow a structured value chain from pre-audit and solution design to chemical supply, coordination of cleaning, and documentation.To support its continued growth, Corrgo is now establishing a dedicated Compliance & Operations Lead in Denmark.About the roleThe Compliance & Operations Lead will serve as Corrgos operational and compliance anchor in Denmark, acting as the single point of contact for authorities and internal stakeholders. While Swiss project teams focus on technical execution, this role ensures that all activities in Denmark are compliant, coordinated, and run smoothly.A central responsibility is safeguarding Corrgos ability to operate without interruption. Danish authorities can halt work immediately in the event of compliance breaches, making this role crucial for ensuring compliance with legal, tax, occupational safety and chemical regulations. The role maintains oversight of Corrgos activities in Denmark but does not hold operational responsibility for the execution of individual projects.The role also includes coordinating housing, logistics, and documentation for international teams that are often deployed on short notice.The position reports to the Managing Director, based in Switzerland.The role covers:Compliance & SupportAct as Corrgos appointed responsible person toward authorities and external partners, without commercial or sales responsibilities.Occasional on-site visits to customers to make compliance assessmentsEnsure full compliance with Danish labor, tax, environmental, chemical, and occupational regulations.Act as the main point of contact for Danish authorities (e.g., Arbejdstilsynet, SKAT, environmental agencies).Prepare and manage documentation for international staff, including A1 forms, work permits, and tax documentation (with support from EY).Maintain all regulatory documentation and support internal and customer audits.Strong focus on occupational health and safety (arbejdsmiljø) as part of daily responsibilities.Ensure correct regulatory classification of Corrgos activities in DenmarkCollaborate closely with Corrgos external advisors (e.g., EY) to ensure correct handling of tax, legal, and compliance-related matters.Advise senior management on Danish regulatory developments, legal changes, and relevant interactions with authorities.Operational CoordinationCoordinate arrival, housing, logistics, and on-site readiness for international project teams.Support the setup and administration of Corrgos Danish legal entity.Align closely with Swiss HQ and project managers regarding planning, operations, and compliance updates.Ensure efficient processes when projects begin on short notice.Authorities & StakeholdersServe as the local contact for Project Managers and contractors.Communicate clearly and confidently across national and organizational boundaries.Represent Corrgo in all official matters toward Danish public authorities.Practical InformationWork setup: Primarily home-based in Denmark, with regular visits to project sites (Kalundborg and Hillerød).Travel: Occasional travel to Switzerland for onboarding, training, and strategic meetings.Ideal candidate profileStrong foundation in compliance, regulation, operations, or quality management.Experience from regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, environmental, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, QHSE, chemical safety, audits, and inspections.Experience interacting with Danish authorities and navigating regulatory frameworks.Experience coordinating international workforce processes and occupational law is an advantage.Structured, reliable, and comfortable managing complexity and high responsibility.Strong stakeholder communication skills across authorities and cross-border teams.Able to work independently as the first in-country compliance representative.Danish fluency and strong English skills required; German is an advantage.What Corrgo offers:A unique opportunity to build the compliance function in Denmark and to establish Corrgos Danish operations in close collaboration with colleagues in Switzerland.
