Job DescriptionDo you thrive at the intersection of digital, storytelling, creative delivery, and commerce?The primary role of the Business Lead is to manage and drive the relationship with digital and non-digital partners, keeping a well-rounded view of ongoing campaigns and workflow within the digital, paid media, paid social, programmatic and ecomm environment.The Business Lead is responsible for project initiation, creating and tracking campaign timelines and working with the campaign and digital teams to identify critical digital deliverables. The Business Lead manages risks and expectations as well as effectively communicating project-critical information across the full project team.Please note, the role is based in our Copenhagen office and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.Management Level Marketing Manager Specialist with no people leadership responsibilities.Core ResponsibilitiesLead and manage digital campaign creative strategy and execution, working alongside Our LEGO Agency design team, project leads and production partnersConnect communication across projectsensuring timely delivery, creative integrity, and strong engagementSupport the LEGO Retail Marketing team ensuring commercial successTrack campaign timelines, monitor scope of tasks, deliverables, planned budgets, and dependenciesIdentify and manage risks and effective communication around thisDrive strong relationship management and demonstrate agility to creatively problem solveExcel in delivering high-quality work combined with a deep interest in digital marketing/advertisingProvide detailed handover of multiple projects to enable production teams to achieve successful completionPlay your part in our team succeedingWe have just launched OLA Commerce, a new unit within Our LEGO Agency (OLA), focused on shaping the creative engine behind the LEGO digital and commerce experiences. From eCommerce to retail, loyalty to owned platforms, OLA Commerce connects customers to creativity and play through joyful, seamless and unmistakably LEGO experiences.In this role you will support us in the important journey of driving consistent digital operational success.You will be our first team member of our growing Copenhagen hub with other team members in London, Billund, and Boston, USA.Do you have what it takes?Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferredProven account management experience with a focus on digital executions and/or integrated omnichannel campaignsA background in creative, brand or shopper marketing, ideally within commerce, or retailStrong campaign leadership experience youve worked across sophisticated creative processes and know how to bring the right people together at the right momentsBrilliant communication and storytelling skillsyou bring clarity, energy and a point of viewAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguity and build new structuresGreat organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environmentPositive approach with focus on opportunities, see challenges in a positive lightCurious and open-mindedApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
