With Ackerherz, the success model was brought to Germany We are looking for a Community & Content Marketing Manager who will bring our brand strategy to life and use their strategic and creative flair to develop the right hooks, messages, and videos for our community. You will work directly with our performance and creative team and develop a content and community strategy together with our CRM, offering, and influencer team.ResponsibilitiesRefine our brand positioning and define the best strategy for communicating our identity and promoting our business modelGrow a community committed to the brand and our values: test different online and offline channels/events to activate our members and provide them with a platform to engage with usYou own and grow our Social Media page (today mainly Instagram) by creating engaging organic social media content (photo, text, and video) that is tailored to our target audience - with you as the face of AckerherzYou will find, contact, and support UGC creators and organize their content productionsYou coordinate videos, images, and briefings between freelancers and performance marketing and ensure that sufficient content is available for performance marketing campaignsActing as the gatekeeper for our visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring all marketing outputs align with our creative and brand strategyManaging and responding to all comments across our social media channelsApplication documentsCVLinks to work samples (e.g., social media accounts, posts, videos you have created)A 2-minute video in which you briefly introduce yourself and tell us why you are interested in this job.
